All our moulds
are multi-cavity, ranging from
1 to 64 cavities, with all inserts
interchangeable and hardened
upto 50/ 52 HRC (Material: -
Stavax, ORVAR SUPREME etc.)
Our main plates are also pre-hardened
material (P-20, Ramax Grade),
surface treated (anti corrosion)
for rust prevention. In addition
treatments like nitriding and
PVD coating are offered on inserts
so that our customers can run
the moulds on very low cycle
time. Our balanced cooling and
use of material like beryllium
copper also plays a significant
role in reducing the cycle time.
Rigorous trial runs ensure our
customers achieve optimised
cycle time and for understanding
the correct functioning of the
mould.
These processes guarantee our
moulds to run at least performance
of the mould million shots.
